Returns that show signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please do not use the original ECELUGICH® product packaging as the external shipping package for your return. Returns shipped in damaged or improperly used packaging may be refused.

Once your return is received and inspected, and if it is approved, a store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be issued.
