The ECELUGICH packaging must not be used as an external parcel for the shipment. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.. Items marked as “Final Sale or No Returns” are not eligible for returns due to their intimate nature & hygienic standards.
