Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• In their original, unworn condition.
• Unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, or damage.
• Neatly packed in their original packaging.
• Returned with all original tags, seals, and return tags attached.

Returns that show signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please do not use the original ECELUGICH® product packaging as the external shipping package for your return. Returns shipped in damaged or improperly used packaging may be refused.

Store Credit Only

Once your return is received and inspected, and if it is approved, a store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be issued. ECELUGICH® does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on www.ecelugich.com.
